Welcome

The Sweet Heat travel ball team, representing Prattville Alabama, consists of 10 and 11 year old girls from the Prattville area. Sweet Heat was started in 2005 by a few passionate and dedicated parents, mixed in with four diligent coaches who know the game of softball quite well. The team usually practices about three or four times a week, and travels to tournaments within the state of Alabama to play.
